IAR仿真是出现的问题，望高手指点

自己焊了块小板子，用的是STM32F103单片机，用的IAR5.4编译器。随便添加个调试程序，点debug仿真是出现了can't halt the core.
The debugging session could not be started.
Either the debugger initialization failed,or else the file
.....was corrupt or of an unsupported format.There might be more information in the Debug Log window.

Debug log 窗口出现：

哪位大神能解决一下啊，感激不尽。我在网上也找了些，有的说是MCU芯片坏了，或者是引脚虚焊了.我的电源电路是正常的。不知道是不是JTAG口那个连接线有问题，还是怎么的
